No. Many clients provide a key, lockbox or door code. Just add access instructions to your booking notes and our team will take care of the rest.

Simply reply to your confirmation email, call or WhatsApp us. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for changes.

Yes. Our team arrives with professional equipment and eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for children and pets. If you prefer we use specific products, just let us know.

Absolutely. Maidro is fully insured and bonded, and every team member is trained and background-checked before joining us.

If you are not completely happy with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it free of charge.

Our move-out cleaning meets landlord and property-manager inspection standards. If an issue is flagged, we come back and re-clean at no extra charge.

We serve all of Metro Vancouver including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, New Westminster, North & West Vancouver, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge and Port Coquitlam. Contact us if your area is not listed.

We accept e-Transfer, credit/debit card, cash and bank transfer. You will receive a professional invoice after your service.
